Onverity: a Neighborly product

Role: Designer and Researcher

  • Onverity is a field service management system for service-based franchises specializing in property repair, maintenance, and enhancement of properties.

  • The Onverity software is currently live and being used by 2 Neighborly brands: Dryer Vent Wizards and HouseMasters.

  • Currently, the software is supported on both mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop formats.

    • The mobile platform supports service professionals with their day-to-day tasks, ranging from house painting to mosquito spraying.

Onverity as a desktop application is primarily targeted to each brand’s user administrators, and focused on franchise settings.

UX Research

My UX research skills ranges from sketching Crazy 8’s and collaborative brainstorming on FigJam, to implementing unmoderated usability testing on Figma.

I am a huge believer and advocate in investing time, effort, and resources to UX research frameworks at every organizational level.
